SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Most orders placed Monday – Friday by 12pm noon PST will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after 12pm or on a holiday will be processed the following business day. If an item is in-stock, it will ship within 24-48 hours, and will arrive according to the shipping method selected. If an item is not in stock you will be notified via telephone or e-mail.
Tracking number and confirmation of shipping will be sent to the e-mail address you enter during checkout as soon as your purchase has been shipped.
SALES TAX & DUTIES
Sales tax will be added to prices displayed on all orders delivered within the state of Oklahoma and states where Bargray has a significant presence. Where applicable, customs duty will be added to purchase total at checkout. Customers are responsible for all non-customs related local taxes.
Merchandise purchased on sale are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
In the event you are not fully satisfied with the merchandise you purchased from Bargray, you may return the item(s) directly to us. You have 15 days from the receipt of goods to return any item for credit or exchange, provided the merchandise is still tagged, unused, in original condition, and is returned in the original packaging.
A copy of your Order Confirmation or Packing List must be included in the box with the returned merchandise. Please indicate clearly what item(s) are being returned and whether you would like credit or an exchange for a different size and/or color.
We recommend that you use a reliable method such as UPS, FedEx or USPS Priority Mail for the return shipment in order to ensure and track the return of your merchandise. We are not responsible if your shipment is lost in return transit.
Upon verification, we will issue a credit within 5 business days to the credit card account used for the purchase, or exchange of the merchandise. All returns are subject to approval. Refunds to the credit card will be from Bargray.
